Saving desktop files on network drive ?

I was wondering if there is a way to have your desktop on a network drive and what I mean by that is that people at my company are typically saving files on desktop and there is usually no backup or they forget to put it manually on network drive so I was wondering if there is a way to automatically backup their desktop files and folders on network drive, or a scheduled backup maybe?

I have a script that if you run it before making an account on the pc it will redirect there whole documents files to the D: and if you are any good at coding you could change that to any mapped drive. PM me if you would like it.
