My motherboard supports usb 3.0 on the front header and in the back and I have a 4 usb pci card. But until now I really dont have many things that actually use usb 3.0 (usb 3.0 flash drive and a usb 3.0  2.5" enclosure) Is there anything else that can take advantage of usb 3.0? I still see things that are for usb 2.0 online and in shops.

That's pretty much it. Hardware like keyboards and mice don't benefit form USB 3.0 and because of that they just make them all USB 2.0 in order to save on the manufacturing costs.

Only 4 ish things can benefit from USB 3.0,

-Pen drives

-Wireless AC WiFi adapters

-Phones and other devices

-Gigabits USB Ethernet Nics

Everything else is just fine on the 480Mbps limit of USB 2.0 since things like

-Wireless N WiFi

-Webcams

-Mics

-Keyboards

-Mice

-Speakers

-Headphones

-Bluetooth

-Printers

Etc don't need more bandwidth.
