BSOD Issues

I couldn't find any chipset drivers from ASRock's website. So only choice was from AMD. But I have Etron USB 3 controller and on AMD's package it includes AMD USB 3 drivers. Only choice for chipset drivers right now is mobo disc which is already installed.

My system has AMD FX 8320 at 4.2 Ghz on an ASRock Fatality 990FX Killer Motherboard. Today I tried to update the Chipset Drivers. The one which was running was from Mobo disc which is old. So on updating it I got an IRQL Not Less Or Equal BSOD caused by my Etron USB 3 Controller Driver. Previously a few months back I got the same BSOD when installing Chipset Drivers other than from Mobo disc. After Today's BSOD I restarted my PC and spend time with it. So should I reinstall drivers from Mobo disc ? Ignore the issue or is there a way to get new drivers without BSOD. Currently I don't think there is need to reinstall them. But I want to know why my system crashes while trying to do the same. There was no specific reason to update other than my usual habit of keeping everything up to date. Sorry for the long post and thanks.
