24/7 server system build

I have recently been contracted to build a server for a client, this server MUST be capable of running 24/7 and NOT go down, we will be using a distribution of linux on it. (with maintenance done about once every 6 months) What would be some good hardware to put in this? Again this thing has to be rock solid stable capable of running 24/7 without overheating issues, were not putting this is in rack mount and space is not an issue. his budget is 10,000. The server will be used to host web pages for their business. I am asking as I have never had to build with these strict requirements as i know general consumer stuff would fail.

just the server itself, he has everything else we need, I am thinking possibly liquid cooling to keep the cpu ice cold?

Wouldn't really recommend it, you want as few points of failure as possible, air cooling gives you pretty much just one, while water cooling can have quite a few. (Pump, Fans, Tubing, Etc..) And you also would have to clean the radiator out every now and then as it has closer together fins than a traditional air cooler would, meaning hairs, dust, etc... would get stuck in it easily.

A good ups

Zeon

Ecc ram

A redundant psu

a ws or server grade motherboard

Good ssd's in raid 1 for the boot drive and good hard drives in raid 5 or 6 of a raid card for mass stoarge.
