Suitable CPU cooler

I was wondering if I could get any suggestions on a CPU cooler. I have a I7 4790k and I needed a CPU air cooler under 100$ CAD for my new build compatible with my Z97-Gaming 5.

I'm worried that it will have conflicts with his GPU tho.

Thermalright True Spirit 140, about 40-50$, you can install every ram.

Comes with 1 140mm fan ~1330rpm (no need for 2) and chill factor 3 thermal paste.

Your case must support 170mm high cpu coolers.

 

I7-3770k@4,6Ghz Auto V-core Prime 95 @ max 82°C

 

Stock clock speeds

 

Idle 27-32°C

Games under full load in summer @ 60°C
