1. I mean to spend close to 600 euros. I might go a bit over if any of the parts hold my build back.I'm Italian and I'll probably buy most of these parts from Italian Amazon.

2. I intend on using this system to mostly play games. I use it for long periods of time and I play all sorts of game.

3. I'm starting by using my decently sized television as monitor that should be 1920x1080 but I definitely intend to add a monitor and use my tv as a second screen for movies/twitch.

4.I can get any Windows OS for free with Dreamspark. For peripherals i have a mouse and for a start i mean to use a old keyboard then upgrade it.

5.I'm upgrading because my laptop seems to be unable to run games anymore even though i keep it in perfect shape. I think it's because of the Nvidia GeForce GT 520MX that has run its course. Anyways at this point I prefer a PC that will allow me to play most games at decent settings with stable 60 fps.

That is the build I have come up with. I would like to upgrade cpu, motherboard and psu to start with but not many alternatives seem to be as price/performance effective. The 8320 seems to be slightly better and slightly more expensive while I'm not sure what kind of overclock that motherboard+fan will allow. The psu i picked is not very good already and might have low wattage for the parts I picked. I thought of starting with a better one(probably around 750w 80+) to be able to add another r9 280 in crossfire but that is for pretty far in the future. Also I'm not sure if that case is big enough.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I don't even wanna imagine how much that would cost in Italy. I have seen ridiculous prices for 970s. Also I'm not sure exactly what the build you proposed would cost it doesn't count the MB + ram and is already very expensive as it is. But it looks very good. Thanks
