It says that count is a value though.....but it's a variable. I needs a variable and it says that I have a value.

Well, you're going to be incrementing count up until it's as long as displayedWord2.length(), which may be longer than displayedWord.length(), so you really should change that. And there is still only a single = sign, there needs to be two -- you're comparing the two chars, not assigning one.
