A 7970 = R9 280x, your score should be 1000-1200~ depending on your cpu and the overclock on the gpu (assuming you follow the given settings)

Yes I know. Your running the extreme preset.

Edit: re run the test with the extreme preset. I see that in your test you used tesslation moderate you should have had it at extreme.
