What;s your total budget for everything? (excluding the monitor/keyboard/mouse)

If you plan to stick with those part choice, I'd recommend getting a R9 280 instead of a 280x, they perform almost the same but the price of 280x is much higher. For motherboard a MSI Z97 G45 or Gaming 5 from either MSI or Gigabyte should be cheaper while have just as much function as the ASUS board. For CPU cooler, if you are going to do heavy Ocing, get a H110 or X61 or H220-X, if you are doing mid level Ocing, get a 212 Evo. For PSU, I'd say any good 600W PSU is more than enough, For case, it's base on your preference so I dont have much say in this matter.
