        Is the Intel Tuning Plan worth it for overclocking beginners?

I would say yes, you can OC the shit *cough* burn *cough* and they will replace one time without asking questions according to what I read, did I mess something?  but they are some OC3D members that burn their CPUs and say it just failed and I don't know if that works for them so I would say yes take the plan.

Will if your an idiot or very goofy you may burn it but probably you won't, I would recommend going to the CPU section and asking people they would help you.
