As the quote says, it's a small piece of adapter, and an app, that lets you take eye examinations with any smartphone.

As a person who depends on eye glasses in order to do anything, i think it's great to be able to kinda instantly know if there is something wrong with your sight. Also useful for pretty much anyone i think, from people to spend long hours on computers, people who can't easily find time for doctor appointments, even people with older relatives who aren't so willing to go out on doctor runs

cool idea, but I don't think its extremely accurate, but would benefit countries where they can't afford the exam cost etc.
