3 Way SLI in reverse(I feel Dumb)

In running a 3 way SLI setup on air something simple and stupid occurred to me in running the configuration.. Instead of running all of the screens from the top card to achieve 3 way SLI run them all from the bottom card to allow the card that is taxed the most the best airflow...(DAH..) Although you will have to have one of the screens on the first card to show the boot up process but then have Nvidia control panel boot all the screens in windows from the bottom card.. Even with fans blowing cool air between the cards i have found this reversed has yielded higher clock speeds with no throttling in my setup.. FACEPALM... Once I thought I was smart...6.jpg

I'm dumping the air coolers after christmas so i haven't bothered.. Not that i'd have the time, too busy painting my car for summernats
