I've never done it before (I'd like to at some point though), but I believe that the fact that the RAM is not ECC on Geforce cards was a disincentive to perform this mod. I also believe someone was trying to mod a card into a Grid to make it work well with XenServer, but I just checked and apparently it isn't going so well.It might be worth attempting to mod something into a Quadro to get 10bit color (not sure someone ever got this working though).
