Shift Key Function and Normal Key Function Switched on Keyboard

I have a Logitech G710+, and almost all of my keys besides the number keys have their shift function and normal function switched. For instance, a normal click will make a forward slash, and a shift will make question mark. A normal click will make an apostrophe, and a shift click will make quotes. Is there any way to switch these to the correct way?

It is, you have to hold shift for a question mark on all keyboards.
