Today I decided to test out my SSD with crystalDiskMark. And this is what I got

Which is pretty normal for the 840 pro. 

 

But then I enabled rapid mode using samsung magician and well I think something is really wrong.

Yes I know its using my ram as cache but I am not sure what this can actually be used for. As it is not actually the speed of the drive itself. Sata 3 has a speed cap of 550MB/s

I don't see anything wrong with it, it's just normal RapidMode benchmark. With it, you are using part of your spare memory as a cache, so the most used files go there and are fetched directly from the RAM, which is faster than SSDs in orders of magnitude.
