How would I get instane audio play back from my mic? I know that windows has it but it has some delay. Could I get like a sound card to do it, like a USB or pci one or something. And what is a good cheap one to get if so?

There is always audio delay. I don't think you can remove it.

What are you trying to do? Are you wanting to play audio from your mic through your speakers?

Yeah. But when I had a turtle beach headset there was no delay.
