Tablet under 250$

Hello everybody, Im looking for a tablet that has good enough performance for internet browsing and viewing videos.

It´s for my grandma so it will be for looking at online news sites, social media and banking stuff.

The only thing is that it has to be a 9 or 10 inch and under 250$

Ill look at all recommendations.

HP Stream tablets maybe? They are slightly smaller than 9 and 10 inches though

You could pick up a Surface (1) or a Surface 2 used for about that price. Bonus with a year of skype premium so you could call landline phones too.
