I'm sorry but your pics are too unclear to see what the problem is. Other than cableing being complete mess. Thighten GPU power cables and all others that aren't the problems and hide them behind mobo tray.

GEZUS!

Route all the cables to the back of the motherboard, and out the cut-outs on the case. You're just asking for trouble by having cables reaching across graphics cards, fans, etc.

I have cleaned some cables up, and found out that the problem was that the 12 volt connector wasn't plugged in all the way in my motherboard, the pc is running fine now, except for my sound.

yes, I know, it's my first build, and i have never been good with cables, but, my system is now up and running, only the sound is a little weird/crunchy/bad, you can read about that in my other treads.

What do you mean by "crunchy"?

Did you install the audio drivers for your motherboard?

Are you getting sound from all your speakers / headphone?

If not, check your little audio connection wires on the motherboard. Make sure they are connected properly.

Check the connection(s) on your speakers / headphone end.

Looking at your pictures, it could be that the wires are just loose.

Also, are you using the "HD Audio" connection on the motherboard, or the older "AC97" connection?

If you can use the "HD Audio" wire connection, definitely use that instead.

If your pictures are a little more clear, we could see what's going on...but work with what we have for now.

with crunchy I mean it sounds like the sound quality took a major dip.

yes, I get sound from both my normal speakers.

yews, they are plugged in right, I 3 dubbel checked.

the sound quality is also not good from straight out of the back, from the mobo.

I'm using the HD audio port on my pc that is in the corner of my motherboard.

sory for the unclear pictures.
