Help upgrading an old HP Computer

Hello I have an AMD FM1 HP Computer with 4gb of ram and an e2-3200 processor. I have a spare gtx 750 which I would like to put in it. My queston is, will the gfx card be bottlenecked by the CPU? Should I upgrade the CPU? Im trying to keep this a lower budget build. I want the computer to play most games on 720p. I had this card paired with an i3-3250 and it was able to handle almost any game I played, but this AMD cpu is substantially slower. Did you check what wattage is the power supply on the computer? There is no thing as bottleneck, sure the GTX 750 is much newer and will perform much better if paired with an I5 but it might be just enough to play games at 720p with the e2 3200.

I have an extra 400w psu around, I'm going to put it in this build

You have the crippled one legged 300 year old tortoise poisoned by an infected mushroom equivalent of a CPU. ANY GPU you put in there will be crippled by it.

You also don't even have a full speed PCIEX16 slot with that platform.
