I suggest you build yourself a desktop. But if you need a laptop, this one is good.

i already have a gaming PC i need a laptop at mid range gaming. is there a better laptop at ebay? (black Friday deal?)

There are better deals out there, if you need a laptop now you can go for that one but if you want to play games I would recommend a desktop. That laptop will play games on med-low settings but it is not ideal for heavy gaming.

im not planning to run BF4 on this... only mid range gaming will it be ok?

this laptop does not have a dedicated gpu, thus it is a VERY LOW END gaming laptop. you will be extremely disappointed with the gaming performance of this device.
