Overclocking Help?

Does this thing have overclocking for pentiums?-

It says this on their website bios help-

H81I-PLUS BIOS 2001 and BIOS updater
Support Intel® Pentium® Anniversary Edition CPU (G3258)

*Before using the new Intel 4th Gen Core processors, we suggest that you first download the BIOS updater for new Intel 4th Gen Core Processors and then update the BIOS using this tool.

 

And then on techpowerup half the people are saying No you cant overclock pentiums-

Is that bios update good for overclocking?
