Hello all,

I am posting this through a recently built computer, (by me :P) it hasn't had any problems with the posting, the inicial boot, but now, and again it is working fine, i've tried to connect a hdmi cable to it so I could watch a movie on television, and the computer recognises it, but it does not transfer the image to it.

so i tried the hdmi (different one and old one with dif pc) and i've tried the television... it seems like the problem should be with the mobo's hdmi port, but the thing is that it recognised the tv, it knows the model, make, everything... I've screwed around with the multi screen settings a lot and still no difference... I hope one of you can help me solve this :D

System Specs?

If you are using your GPU then plug the HDMI into the GPU and not the MB (CPUs Integrated Graphics)

Update the drivers and update the BIOS. You may need like a HDMI 1.2 cable etc. Use your Working Monitor and the TV at the same time and run it in dual screen (a Extended Display or Duplicate display) and see if it works
