Missing Mic settings

Friend reinstalled windows for a new ssd , now his microphone sounds real bad , i think i isolated the issue to this missing the better options .

I think he installed the driver correctly , his mobo is a Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-DS2 , and installed audio driver from here ( http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4364#dl ) and restarted pc also

 

Edit : forgot the mic is from a Somic g927 headset
