GTX 570 ultra charged 2560mb ddr3 vram benchmark results pls

ok army, i have a special task for u.

i demand the linus tech tips army to spread out and keep on diggin the darkest cornest of the internet for benchmark result im in desperate need to find.

i have the opportunity to buy 2 gtx 570s cheap from 2 different sources. they are the double vram versions with 2560mb instead of 1280mb.

and triple sli, but with comment about dual from the guy.

how much is "cheap"? Because i would recommend getting a 760 or newer instead.

Here is a GTX 590 (which is 2x GTX 580) compared to a HD7970 GHZ ( = R9 280X) and they are about the same speed. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1185?vs=1031

 

So 2x GTX 570 would most definitely be slower than a single R9 280X maybe on par with a R9 280... Don't buy!

 

BTW: Ignore the benchmark results for CoH 2 its not optimized for sli...
