How to remove Stripped screws from a GPU

Hey guys! I strippd one of the screws on my 7970 pretty badly trying to remove the stock cooler to put on my water block =(. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to get it out before I go head and order some micro drill bits to try and drill it out. Let me know if you have any ideas.
