Front USB 3.0 Problems

My front USB will work with some Mobos and not others. and My cases USB 3.0 will only work with some mobo even if they support USB 3.  Any ideas why this is?

Have you installed drivers w/ all the mobos. Some support integrated default drivers. Some don't. Try that.

what case are you using, also which motherboards did you try it on??

I did install the drivers on all.

I used my 330R, 200R and Fractal Design Core 2300. My MSI z77 Gaming, AMD MSI AM3+ and my new x99.

Though...you can use a USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 adapter...down side its speed will downgrade to usb 2.0 but the ports will work...that's what I done to my C70 case...

 

since the front usb 3.0 just won't work on my X79-UP4 motherboard,and I've rmaed two times still won't work..so..yeah...
