For Christmas I'll be getting money from my family and I'll be putting it into a new GPU, I'll be getting $250 in total so that's my budget. I was originally just going to go with an R9 280, but then I saw this refurbished R9 280X for $10 more, which should I get, the refurbished 280X, or the new 280? (The refurbished 280X is $110 off what it normally is for that model.) Here are the links.
