I am build new PC so i can play games. 

CPU - AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core 

Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P

RAM- Crucial Ballistix BLS2C4G3D169DS3CEU Sport XT 8GB (4GBx 2)

Graphic card - MSI GTX 750 Ti 2GB GDDR5 

pc case -Zinc 200 PC Gaming Case.
PSU - EVGA 500w
 
I want to use HDD from my Old PC  500gb. Will i have any problems? If i should Erase all data from Old HDD and then use it can someone tell me how to transfer all my files to external HDD pls. (Old pc is broken. motherboard problem).

It shouldn't have any problems, assume it isn't broken, just remember to set your hard drive as a priority boot on the bios.

Should work no problem but try to find someone with a computer and connect the hdd to that computer and backup the files

Then  put the hdd in your new computer format the drive and install windows.

Will work just fine, slower than a brand new HDD, yes, but it wont bother you that much

My Old PC had Intel CPU, ddr2 new PC is opp of everything i had. This is my 1st time building PC sorry for noob questions i collected all info from net just didnt know about this.   I don't have spare PC. can i Back up Files by putting it in new PC then reformat so i can install new OS? What is wrost that can happen if i use Old HDD without Any changes.

Nothing is gonna happen apart from the PC not getting to the OS, a new PC needs a fresh OS installation, other than that, i think you can even read the files stored previously on the Drive with the new PC
