Ok so it's not an official sale by steam. If you want to buy through steam, it's still $59.99.

However, if you're fine with buying Team Fortress 2 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys or equivalents then trading it with games. This is a pretty good deal.

 

Just found out lots of people on tf2outposts are dumping their copies of COD Advanced Warfare for 11-15 keys each (1 key = $2.49).

 

You can get these Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys through Steam Community Market or Team Fortress 2 Store. 

 

TL;DR:

You can buy 11-15 TF2 Keys ($27.4-$37.35) and trade for COD: Advanced Warfare with people found on tf2outposts or other equivalent trading sites.

 

BTW, I'm not sure if this type of "sale" is fine to put here on under Hot Deals. So please remove/move if it's not appropriate.
