Time to upgrade audio help?

Hey guys, a few days ago my dad noticed that I am starting to get a pretty noticeable bald spot on my head and he figured that it was from my headphones rubbing against my head. He suggested just using earbuds but I explained that I can't hear where people are in game which is very important in CS:GO ( he also plays ). He told me that if I can find a headset that doesn't rub against the top of my head, he might buy it for me if he is in a good mood. I remembered the Audio-Technica ATH-AG1 which have the wing design and ignore the peak of your head. There are also a open back design, as well as a mic-less version of both. So what I am asking is which I would prefer for FPS gaming, mostly CS:GO? Should I go with the cheaper mic-less version and get a AntLion modmic instead? Thanks for your responses guys.
