Is the original pebble worth it still, for 80$.

What can it do, what can't it do that the steel can?

It is the same as the steel in all but two ways: It has half the ram and worse materials (metal vs plastic and the steel has better buttons). If you don't care that much about the look of it, it is a great option for $80.

Not really, on the steel it is covered by gorilla glass and on the pebble is it just plastic; the actual screens are the same though.

The Original is still very good, there are more colour options I would say, but for the more professional look, Steel
