i'd go for a better case, I have this case for my work pc and it kept making my pc short circuit, it's not got an extremely good build quality, if you can afford it I'd definitely get a better case, any other Corsair ones are beast, for my gaming PC I have the NZXT Phantom 630, but it's a lot more expensive. The i5 build is definitely better though

i cant afford a more expensive but if i go with the amd build i could swap the extra fans for a better case 20 pounds more expensive but what would you suggest for a better case?

This is around 1000 Euros (Maybe slightly over)

You could leave the SSD out if you want to stay in budget. Also feel free to change the case to your own preferred one.

The XFX is a better power supply if you want to SLI the GTX 970. I have this power supply in my own pc.
