Finishing my new build

CPU: i7-2600k

CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X-61

Motherboard: ASUS P8 Z68-V

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16gb (2 x 8gb) DDR3 1600mhz

Storage: Intel-730 480gb + Seagate 2TB SSHD

Graphics card: Gigabyte G1 gaming GTX 970

Sound card: Asus Xonar

Power supply: Corsair AX 750W 80 Plus Gold

Case: Corsair Carbide Air 540

I have 2 questions. Should I replace my stock fans that come with the kraken cooler? or is it good enough?

Are the fans that come with the case(AF 140) good enough to keep? or should I get Noctua fans?

Im planning on overclocking both my CPU and GPU

The AF 140's are definitely good.  But I believe the Noctua's are better still.  I've got SP's and AF's but yet to try Noctuas cos they cost freakin hell over here.  $30+ for a single fan.

QUOTE ME IN A REPLY SO I CAN SEE THE NOTIFICATION!

If you want as much performance as possible you can change the fans on the AIO to noctua but the difference in temps will only be small. If got care about sound however I would change all the fans to either noctua, noise blocker, Silverstone or be quiet!

CPU: i7 3770k@ 4.6Ghz@ 1.23v - GPU: Palit GTX 660ti - MOBO: Asrock Extreme 4 - RAM: Corsair vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz - PSU: OCZ 650watt - STORAGE: 128Gb corsair force GT SSD/ 1TB seagate barracuda 7200rpm

I'd definitly advise changing the fans on the NZXT X61 to noctuas, best choice I made and regret not doing it sooner. The difference in noise is remarkable while gaming.

Money is no object fans: Noctua, Be Quiet! and Noiseblocker.

Money matters: Not Noctuas, but Corsair fans do offer good value when you buy the 2 packs. Cougar fans are also well regarded for their price. Akasa is another option, their Black Apache have solid specs.

Do keep in mind that even Noctuas (and we're not even talking the louder black industrial units) get obnoxiously loud at 12v just like every other fan meant for performance. Fan control of some sort is def recommended.

Use the ebay machine. Bought 3 noctua 120's for 30 bucks on here. Bought four of the 2k rpm noctuas for under 30 a piece. Well worth it to me. Getting the same performance that all my corsair fans offered at max speed as the noctua's at 800-1000 rpms. 30 bucks for a fan is cheap compared to the rest of my system.

Agreed - I used the AF140's, they're good for the price.  Noctua is better but I preferably stay away from the light brown color.  Eww... doesn't really fit with any computer at all.
