Hey guys,

I've been having a lot of trouble lately with my new system.

I have come here to ask for advice of what to do to fix the problem!

I was hoping one of you would be able to analyse my dmp file and tell me the cause of the problem.

I keep crashing with the same blue screen every time. WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

That's all I can see before it turns itself off.

I'm using windows 8.1 64 bit. My BIOS is at default settings, no overclocking, RAM running at 1600MHz

I have ran a SFC scan, chkdsk and memtest, (found nothing wrong), as suggested by customer support from the website I bought the system from. Their latest advice is to reinstall windows, however, I was wondering if I could have some help on figuring out the problem first.

Here is a dmp file at the time of one of the crashes http://www.mediafire.com/download/ewzz12j3c49oz93/112414-9937-01.zip

I'm not too good with technical things, so if you could try and be clear with any advice or suggestions, that would be great.

My rig details are on my profile if needed.

Thanks in advance,

Martin.
