Hello, i have a dual monitor setup at 1080p, one monitor plugged with HDMI to HDMI output, and the other, VGA to a VGA-DVI converter. Graphics card is a MSI GTX 760. but i notice that, when i have something working on both screens, my frame rate drops a bit, i notice lag in videos on Chrome or Media Player Classic. Also dragging a window seems too laggy when i have something open on the other screen.

Any ideas

no, unnecessary desktop fps lag is not normal ever.

contact your GPUs manufacturer

Maybe it is the websites/navigator/system you are using?

I recently had a freeze problem on firefox whenever I openned up my mail provider. After a PC format (finnaly got an SSD), the freezes/lags I had stopped. It might be the same case for you.
