Use an air compressor and hold the fan blades while doing that so the bearing wont get damaged! (If you dont have a compressor use canned air - you can get it on amazon or whatever you have in India) Please never use a vacuum cleaner it will rek your life some time...

I don't have an air compressor, but unfortunately....I have an vacuum cleaner..!!

Also do not attempt to clean it while its running take it out of the system 

hold the fans and blow air into it and if your using a compressor be sure to keep your PSI low 

If its still dirty after blowing it out take some q-tips and isopropyl alcohol but be sure that you do not leave any cotton from the swabs on your board

I literally have a Tech-Station type of setup.....removing it will be easy....

 

And blow air from where..? 1)Exhaust.......2)Fan.

Like said above canned air is awesome, and after this it's good for cleaning other components too. You can find it for pretty cheap online
