Subsonic filter for Foobar 2000?

I would like to remove all of the frequencies below 20-25Hz because my small bedroom subwoofer can't play them also it causes tons of port noise but I can't seem to find a plugin for Foobar that adds one.

If you can't find one you  could change the EQ
