Computer won't turn... off...

So every time I try to add my soundcard (asus xonor DGX), when I shut it down normally, it always turns back on. I tried all the different slots with the same problem. System is an i5-4670k, ASROCK PRO4 Z87, Corsair CX750M (soon to be replaced with an RM650), and a Corsair 230t case.

 

Any idea of how to fix this?

Unplug the power?

 

A little annoying, but solving the problem means switching off the power every time its off. Not a very elegant solution.

Not really, unless you can fit a 1x card in a 16x slot. I believe it's the motherboard, but everything else works fine with it.

You can fit an x1 card in an x16 slot.
