Usb disconnection

Hi guys i have a serious problem and i don't know how to slove this. It's been around one month that usb 2.0 ports stop working at sudden but rebooting fixes it till happens again.it just now and i tried to plug both mouse and keyboard to usb3.0 ports and they work fine but when i plug them in my 6 2.0 ports no respond . it can happen from 1-4 times a day but it may not happen for the whole day at all .

 

 

Any idea what's going wrong ?

Have you tried reinstalling/updating drivers?

i tried once going to device manager at usb controllers and there are like 10 options i opened a usb hub unistalled the driver and let windows reinstall itself but the same again .i realized now that all my usb 2 ports stop working because i thought that it was my mouse's problem
