I plan to use the following components:

  • ASRock QC5000-ITX/WiFi
  • 2x4GB DDR3/1333Mhz RAM
  • 2 WD Red 6TB HDDs
  • 2 Case Fans (140mm+120mm)
  • 3 USB-devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Stick)

The case is suitable for ATX-PSUs, but a 300W ATX PSU feels a bit overpowered.

How much Watts will the system draw on 100% load? Is a 150W Pico PSU enough? Or should I go with a low Watt ATX supply?

On this Board is a mobile APU (AMD A4-5000) with 15W TDP.

Get the ATX psu, since it fits in your case.
