Keyboard & Mouse Suggestions

Hai all, I am in need of your help finding a good mouse and/or keyboard for around $60 or less!

Currently my mouse is a Mazer E-3lue wireless "Gaming" mouse which has started to straight up die after almost a year of every day use. (Scroll wheel is basically un-usable, when ever I use it it just jumps up/down the page randomly independent of which way I scroll it.)

And currently my keyboard is a shitty cheap stock dell keyboard which has clay, paint, etc.. all over it from when my mom used it for 4+ years, and it has had to have a few keys taken from a different shitty dell keyboard as the letters were completely gone.

Some of my preferences:

Keyboard:

- Color: Black

- Backlighting: Blue or RGB

- Number Pad: Yes

- Layout: QWERTY

- Wrist Rest: A detachable one could be nice, though it is not needed.

- Oddly shaped enter/backspace/etc... keys: No, all keys must be the standard shapes.

- Keycap type: Cherry MX Red would be preferred, though I guess I could settle with another rubber dome keyboard if needed...

Mouse:

- Color: Black

- Lighting: Blue, RGB, or None

- Extra Buttons (Besides left, right buttons, scroll wheel, and backwards/forwards page buttons): a DPI adjustment button would be nice, other than that other buttons are not really needed.

- Adjustable weight: Not needed, but would be fine

- Grip type: Fingertip/Palm

- Adjustable Size: Not needed, but would be fine to be included.

- Material: A rubbery type plastic would be nice, just no cheap shitty hard plastic.

- DPI level(s): Around 1800 would be great. (If there are multiple levels, then I would like it if one of them was anywhere between 1700 and 2000)

- Hardware Acceleration: No

- Sensor Type: Optical

Just trying to get the most amount of preferences out that I can, not all of them have to be spot on, but it would be nice if most of them matched.

I will most likely purchase it from Amazon.com or Newegg.com, I live in the USA, and my budget is about $60 for the mouse & keyboard. (The mouse and keyboard together do not have to be $60, just $60 max for each one separately)

Yeah, that is unless I can find it on ebay or something for cheaper which probably won't be likely...

--Edit--

Just looked, not really cheaper there either..

Keyboard, microsoft sidewinder X4, if you upgrade your budget, you can go for the logitech G502 proteus core mouse, which is one sexy piece of hardware. <3~

Yeah I'd absolutely love the G502, its what I've currently got my eyes set on for a mouse, I was just hoping for a slightly cheaper option as I doubt my parents want to spend $80 or so on a mouse and have that be my only present..

Who knows, I might just go with this keyboard + mouse combo as it would still be better than what I've got now.. http://www.amazon.com/CM-Storm-Devastator-Keyboard-Edition/dp/B00DKXXAAQ/ref=pd_cp_e_1
