Core 2 Quad Temps

So I have a core 2 quad 9300. My temps at idle are at around 50c and at max load around 85c. Are those ok temps? I'm using so random cooler master cooler that came with it.

Aw man, I've never done that before. Well now it looks like i'll have to buy that along with a new case that should help. Any suggestions on thermal paste?

[Method]

MX-4 is what I always use, its good stuff. and yeah, 85s pretty hot. I never let my qx9650 get above 67C.
