If you want the option to overclock, you should go with a z97 board cause the h81 i dont think can support it well. Or if you dont need the option to overclock id say go with either an h87 or h97 board and a non-k cpu

 

Also id say maybe bump your psu to at least 550w

I dont know alot about AMD but a gpu for 199$ seems really low to me

If you know what your doing and want to squeeze more power out of your cpu, then yes although sometimes you dont really need it

But do you think I need it on this build? And also I cannot get either of those MOBO's. My budget is 700$
