$1350 CAD Workstation

I am wondering if anyone has a good build for a computer that would be good with programs such as CAD. The budget is $1350.

I am wondering if it would be smarter to get the 4790 (without the k) and a cheaper cooler and upgrade the RAM to 16GB.

Yeah, I agree with getting a cheaper cooler, theres no need for something like that unless I overlock it.
