I Need Some Help

Hey I'm building my first PC and I have all other parts picked out for my build. I need help deciding on a video card, I want to keep the red & black color scheme and my budget is $200 but I can go a bit higher ($230 tops). A have a few cards that i was looking at. Card 1, Card 2, Card 3,Card 4. I am open to suggestions and ideas, any help is greatly appreciated.

of those 4 cards its defenitly the  r290 if you want to  be suited for the next couple of years.

But if i were in your position i  would skip the case fans for  now , save a few more bucks and go with the  evga gtx  970. it is much a much  better card.
