This is a bit of a tricky one.
Xsplit likes to... corrupt.. My recordings.
Not to the point of no return, but certainly to the point of being annoying.
Every time i record with xsplit, it records fine, no dropped frames, can stream fine, and saves it fine.
Everything is fine. Until i open the file.
It is unopenable by ANYTHING. WMP with Klite installed. VLC. Combined community codec pack. Sony vegas. Etc.

In order for my footage to be usable, i have to first run every file through handbrake, and then use that.
That would be fine if it wasn't in a hurry. I have a bit of a deadline here with this video. 3 days.
I have to shoot broll, go through 3 hours of footage, re render all my broll in handbrake, edit it, and send it off for review with time to correct errors if there are any.
This is fine, except for that one part. Re rendering all my broll.
THIS IS ANNOYING.

Specs are in signature.

Normally, i use the free version of xsplit and record in windowed, but since having this problem, i asked a very nice domain name to "lend" me a copy of the full version, to see if it has anything to do with that.

Nnnnnope.
Recording in MP4.

Thanks in advance.
