Ive plyed Skyrim (xbox 360) and i never managed to get into it. its not my kind of game. Do you recommend anything more fast paced.

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger. Its very fun and pretty fast paced.

Yesterday i found 40$ of steam wallet cards (don't ask) and i bought counter strike Go, so i have 23.34$ left. IS there anything you recommend for that price?

You could buy skyrim for that amount of money. :) But wait for a steam sale before you buy anything. :P

I've heard this war of mine is massively good.

Do you know of anything faster paced? I have the walking dead and imo the whole point and click and play as an emotional character is not my thing.

It depends on what you're into, what you've already played and what goes on sale. If I was to suggest something right now that's under that price and worth it? Bit Trip Runner 2. It's on sale right now for 66% off i.e. $5 which isn't the cheapest it has been but it's still a pretty good deal and definitely worth it IMO. By far one of my favourite indie games of the last five years or so.... and you'll still have some credit left over
