Is this a good build?

I was wondering if this was a good build to run current and future games. It would also be great if you could suggest a motherboard that is pretty much the same but includes usb 3 headers but its not necessary. If I could save money on some small things too that would be wonderful.

The most I could really go up to is about £700

I could take off the drive bay and windows to give more budget because I don't exactly need them
