so I have been here quite a few times but each time it is because I have learned something new and one other peoples help and opinions. So if someone could put a build together for me that has an i5 4690k and r9 290 for around $1000 USD.

i highly recommend the gtx970 over the r9 290 though. it costs about 70$ more...maybe get the ssd later or a cheaper mobo imo
