Upgrade?

Hello everyone! This winter I was thinking of upgrading from my iPhone 4 8gb (but it actually says it has a max of about 6 gb's) to something a bit faster. My iPhone 4 has recently been very lacking on the battery front and also doesn't seem to respond as well as it used to. I never abused the thing and all I really use it for is lots of music, texting, web browsing, and the occasional call. I also am hating the small screen it has as it strains my eyes after extended use of it. I was looking at the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 as the size is especially appealing to me, along with the high resolution (if a bit overkill) and the battery life I hear it has. The multitasking is also a great looking feature with the large screen. Not to mention the 4G compatibility as I've been stuck with 3G for the longest time. So if you think you have any ideas for any other phone or comments on how to make it so my iPhone could be a bit better, they'd be much appreciated!
